Cookies &
how we use them.

1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember your preferences and actions over a period of time so you do not have to re-enter them each time you come back.
We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage where appropriate.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies: these are required for the website to function. They include session management for the Horizon dashboard and the RMA portal, CSRF protection tokens, and your cookie consent preference. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies: we use anonymised analytics to understand how visitors use our website, which pages are most visited, and where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept cookies.
Functional cookies: these remember choices you make to improve your experience, such as your preferred language or previously selected product filters. Functional cookies are only set if you accept cookies.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not share cookie data with third-party advertisers.
3. Third-party cookies
Our website may load resources from third-party services such as fonts or maps. These services may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies. We minimise third-party cookie use where possible.
The distributor map on our website loads geographic data from a public CDN. No personal data is sent to that CDN as part of normal map rendering.
4. Cookie consent
When you first visit our website you are shown a cookie consent notice. You can choose to accept all cookies or decline non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser using local storage.
Strictly necessary cookies are always active regardless of your choice, as they are essential for the website to work.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site and reloading the page.
5. How to control cookies
In addition to our consent notice, all modern browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings. You can block cookies from specific sites, delete existing cookies, or be notified before a cookie is stored.
Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of parts of the website, including the Horizon dashboard login and the RMA portal.
For guidance on managing cookies in your browser, visit the help section of your browser or the website of your browser provider.
6. Retention
Strictly necessary cookies expire at the end of your browser session or after a fixed period depending on their purpose. Consent preferences are stored for 12 months.
Analytics and functional cookies are retained for a maximum of 13 months from the date they are set.
