The annual license covers all software updates, Horizon dashboard access, and support for one device. Every RELO IO8 ships with the first year included.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. All automations run on-device. Your installation operates normally even when the internet is down. Horizon features like remote monitoring require connectivity.
How do I update my device firmware?
Firmware updates are pushed OTA via the Cueva Desktop app. Connect to the same network as your device and the app will notify you when updates are available.
Can I manage multiple locations from one account?
Yes. The Horizon dashboard supports multiple venues under a single account with separate teams, permissions, and device groups per location.
What protocols does the RELO IO8 support?
TCP, UDP, OSC, ArtNet, HTTP/HTTPS, and GPIO. New protocols can be added via the open plugin spec. See the integration docs for details.
How do I submit a warranty or RMA claim?
