Common questions.
Do I need to take levels in order?
Yes. Everyone starts at Level 1. Level 2 requires a valid Level 1 certificate, and Level 3 requires a valid Level 2 certificate.
How long is my certificate valid?
Certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. After that you can retake the test to renew. The platform evolves and so should your knowledge.
Is there a study guide?
Yes. All exam content is drawn directly from the official Cueva Control documentation at docs.cuevacontrol.com. Every topic listed in each level maps to a docs section.
Can I share my certificate?
Absolutely. You receive a digital certificate PDF and a verifiable badge you can add to your LinkedIn profile, company website, or client proposals.
What happens if I fail?
You can retake the test as many times as you need. Review the topics you found difficult in the docs before trying again.
Is the certification free?
All levels require a my.cuevacontrol.com account. Level 1 is free for all account holders. Level 2 and Level 3 are included with an active Cueva Horizon subscription.
